To cancel a filming rental contract, please contact the Facility Rentals Office in writing to rentals@sd38.bc.ca a minimum of five (5) business days in advance of the first day of use. If a cancellation is received with less than five (5) business days warning, 50% of the total rental fee including hard costs will be retained.

If rental of a contracted space is prevented or hampered by weather or occurrences beyond the lessee’s control, rental will be postponed to or completed at a mutually agreeable time without further compensation unless the total number of days of lease is in excess of the total number of days outlined above.
